ABOUT OKAS

OKAS is a real estate investment scheme, an initiative by the DMI Alternative Investment Fund, which is part of the DMI Group. The DMI Alternative Investment Fund – Special Opportunities Scheme (Scheme II) is registered as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in accordance with the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, under registration number IN/AIF2/16-17/0306. This Scheme is managed by DMI Alternatives Pvt. Ltd. which is the Investment Manager of the Scheme.

OKAS focuses on assets in the form of residential and commercial plots, as well as land aggregation. Through partnerships with leading developers, we aim to transform the residential and commercial landscape with innovative craftsmanship, Japanese technology, unique designs, and pioneering materials. OKAS is present in the rapidly developing cities of Bangalore, Lucknow, and the NCR (Gurgaon and Noida) and continues to seek compelling opportunities across India. OKAS is supported by the DMI Group and an extensive network of hands-on Project Management Consultants.
